Digital care records
Care plans, risk assessments and daily entries recorded as they happen. A manager sets which entries are required each day, and the completion figure means something because of it.
Wellviax puts care records, medication, the rota and your CQC or Ofsted evidence in one place — on a phone in the corridor as readily as on a laptop in the office.
Most services run three or four tools that do not speak to each other. Wellviax is one, so the shift a worker clocked into is the shift that pays them and the care they recorded is the evidence an inspector reads.

The chart lays itself out each morning from each resident's prescribed times. Signing a dose records who gave it, when, and moves the stock.
Staff clock in against a rostered shift, within a window you set. Timesheets become payslips without anybody retyping a number.
A group running a care home and a children's home sees the right regime on each site. Regulation 40 and statutory notifications have their own deadlines and their own chasers.
DBS, right to work, references and training expiry in one place, so the workforce page is the same evidence you would hand an inspector.
Relatives see what you choose to share, and nothing else. Fewer phone calls to the office, and a record of what was shared.
Off shift, the resident list is empty. Clocked in, it holds exactly the people on that shift and nobody else. Not a setting somebody has to remember — it is how the system works.
Nobody writes an inspection folder in Wellviax. The care that was recorded, the training that is current and the notifications that were sent are the folder.
Wellviax is care management software for UK care providers. It holds digital care records and care plans, electronic MAR charts for medication rounds, the staff rota with clock-in and timesheets, payroll and HR, and the evidence a service needs for a CQC or Ofsted inspection. It is built and supported by Cipher Knights.
Yes. A provider running adult social care under CQC and a children's home under Ofsted sees the right regime on each site, with separate notification duties. A CQC inspector given guest access cannot see a children's home's records.
Yes. There is an Android app and a web app that installs to an iPhone home screen. A care worker clocks in on their phone, sees only the service users on that shift, records care and medication as they go, and clocks out.
Yes. The MAR chart is laid out automatically each day from each resident's prescribed times, so the round is ready before the first medicine is due. Administering a dose records who gave it and when, and adjusts stock at the same time.
Pricing depends on the number of services and people you support. Call +44 7424 967568 or email support@cipherknights.com for a quote and a walkthrough.
Fifteen minutes, your rota and your regime. We will show you the medication round and the inspection evidence, not a slide deck.
